Our COVID-19 Information Update

Are you open?

At this time, most of our locations are still open for takeout. Delivery via one of our 3rd party services may be available depending on where you live. Click here to see each store’s hours and delivery options.

I ordered from Uber Eats/Door Dash/Grub Hub and my order was incorrect! What do I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order or provide any refunds as we do not have access to your payment information or the ability to make any adjustments to your order. You should reach out directly to the service you used to get help with any necessary refunds or missing items.

Why isn’t curbside pick-up available?

At this time, curbside delivery is not a service we can provide as we do not have enough staff to do it safely. We have taken a big hit from this crisis and had to lay off 65% of our staff to try and stay afloat.

What procedures have you implemented to make sure your staff and customers stay as safe as possible?

We are keeping a close eye on all recommendations by the CDC and FDA and are making changes as necessary. We have social distancing markers in the customer area to remind everyone to keep enough space. We do our best to place ice cream orders on the counter to prevent contact, and we are encouraging contactless payments whenever possible. We have added plexiglass to our ordering and register areas. We are sanitizing surfaces frequently throughout the day and practicing proper handwashing techniques as always.

What is your policy on employees wearing masks and gloves?

As per the current state advisory, we have requested that all employees wear face masks and have made them available.

According to medical professionals, diligent handwashing is the best defense against COVID-19 and we agree. The virus is known to adhere well to latex, and the chances of spreading contamination while changing or disposing gloves are potentially greater than with proper handwashing alone. Our focus is making sure our hands and surfaces are being kept clean and sanitized. We utilize utensils and procedures that prevent our hands from coming in direct contact with your food. We have disposable gloves available for specific preparations where utensils cannot be used.
