Are you open?
Yes! All 17 of our locations are open and many of them also have outside seating available. At this time we do not have any indoor seating available. We also continue to do delivery via our 3rd party services. Click here to see each store’s hours and delivery options.
I ordered from Uber Eats/Door Dash/Grub Hub and my order was incorrect! What do I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order or provide any refunds as we do not have access to your payment information or the ability to make any adjustments to your order. You should reach out directly to the service you used to get help with any necessary refunds or missing items.
What procedures have you implemented to make sure your staff and customers stay as safe as possible?
We continue to follow all CDC, FDA, and state recommendations. We have social distancing markers in the customer area to remind everyone to keep enough space between themselves and the next customer as well as plexiglass at ordering areas and register areas. All stores have sanitizer available near the exits and we sanitize all frequently touched surfaces throughout the day. We practice proper handwashing techniques and do our best to place all ice cream orders on the counter to minimize contact between scoopers and customers.
What is your policy on employees wearing masks and gloves?
As per current state requirements both customers and employees are required to wear face masks while in our stores. The mask is to be worn covering both the mouth and nose to best prevent the spread of Covid-19.
According to medical professionals, diligent handwashing is the best defense against COVID-19 and we agree. The virus is known to adhere well to latex, and the chances of spreading contamination while changing or disposing gloves are potentially greater than with proper handwashing alone. Our focus is making sure our hands and surfaces are being kept clean and sanitized. We utilize utensils and procedures that prevent our hands from coming in direct contact with your food. We have disposable gloves available for specific preparations where utensils cannot be used.
