Join Namastay Sober, Solstice Yoga, J.P. Licks and MarketStreet Lynnfield for a Try-cone-asana yoga and ice cream collaboration community class on the "Little Green" at Market Street Lynnfield. This 60 minute class will be co taught by @bulldogflowboston PeteSacco from Namastay Sober and a teacher from Solstice Yoga. This class is meant to be a fun sober friendly way to get out, find some movement in community and then stay for ice cream! A great event for anyone sober, sober curious, or just curious. OK that pretty much means anyone! Class is all levels and all bodies. Yoga and great vibes are free ice cream purchase is on you (but with a discount for participators!).
