Donations Criteria
Requesting an In-Kind or Silent Auction Donation
J.P.Licks supports local charities, schools, and non-profit organizations in our own communities through in-kind donations (ice cream, brewed coffee, coffee beans) and gift certificates for silent auctions. If you are interested in making a request for a donation please submit an email to donations@jplicks.com containing the following information:
- Name of school or non-profit organization
- Name of event and number of attendees
- Date of event
- What you are requesting
- Date donation must be received by
- What type of acknowledgement J.P.Licks will receive for the donation
- Organization Mission Statement
- Tax-id number
- Contact name and telephone number
Please note that requests are processed on a first come first serve basis. We do our best to process them within 12 business days but it is strongly suggested that you give the longest amount of time possible for your request. Due to the extremely high volume of requests unfortunately we cannot grant them all.
