Rules

Winner will receive a card that will entitle them to one medium size serving of frozen yogurt per day for a period of one year.

J.P.Licks reserves the right to not choose any of the contest names submitted. The final decision of a name is solely at J.P.Licks discretion.

In the case of multiple like entries for a name that is chosen, a winner will be selected from those entries at random.
