As an employee you will be providing customers with fast and friendly
service. You will be responsible for making tasty ice cream treats
according to our company standards as well as helping to maintain a clean
and comfortable store environment.
We are looking for all shifts! Hours of operation are 7-midnight.

We are looking for friendly, efficient people who love coffee! J.P. Licks
is a local coffee roaster who, along with selling whole beans, also
sells fresh, rich brewed coffee, espresso beverages, and homemade
pastries.
As a barista you will be responsible for enthusiastically serving
satisfied customers by welcoming and connecting with them, discover
their needs and suggest products accordingly, create opportunities
for customers to interact with the product with demonstration and samples,
saying thank you and taking care of customer needs by saying YES!
Along with the customer service aspect you must be able to prepare espresso
beverages to J.P. Licks standards, become certified as well as learn to
do latte art.

As a shift supervisor you will be executing store operations during
scheduled shifts. You will be responsible for organizing and delegating
tasks to create a fun upbeat experience for our customers by providing
fast friendly service, serving quality ice cream and coffee products
in a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible
for holding your staff accountable for following all J.P. Licks
standards and procedures during your shift.
Must be able to open (be in at 6am) or close (stay until 1am)
Starting pay 9.25/hour minimum or based on experience
